Yet for generations, many approaches to international development have placed decision-making, funding, and expertise outside the communities they seek to serve. While often well-intentioned, these approaches can unintentionally reinforce dependency, overlook local knowledge, and limit opportunities for communities to lead their own development.

That is why our training combines practical nonprofit leadership skills with the principles of community-led development.
