This is ideal for people who are motivated to work independently, but are looking for some support from our coaches and to network with other program participants. 

Cost: $495 for 12 months

What you get:

  • Access to all of our courses, including downloads, templates, and activities for 1 year.
  • Lifetime access to a private Facebook group and WhatsApp chat groups so you can network with and receive support from other trainees. 
  • Access to course activities that you complete on your own, so you can practice and retain the things you have learned.
  • 2 personalized coaching sessions (focused on your topic of choice), more available for additional purchase. ($35 per session)
  • Access to curriculum to read offline if you prefer to save data.
  • Certificates for each successfully-completed course, plus a Certificate of Accomplishment in Social Impact Leadership & Organizational Management.

Participants work through the training on their own, but are encouraged to complete one to two courses per month so that the full curriculum can be finished in one year. Most participants find they gain the most from our program by devoting 4 hours or more per week.

Full Cohort Program

Our most personalized training program.

This is ideal for people who want our full support, learn best with feedback and encouragement, who have little-to-no experience in community development or organizational management, and want to engage fully with our staff, coaches, and program participants. 

Cost: $2495 for 12 months

What you get:

  • Access to all of our courses, including downloads, templates, and activities for 1 year.
  • Lifetime access to a private Facebook group and WhatsApp chat groups so you can network with and receive support from other trainees. 
  • Personalized feedback of training homework for all courses.
  • 12 monthly personalized coaching sessions covering all aspects of the training.
  • 12 monthly group coaching sessions with other trainees. 
  • Access to curriculum to read offline if you prefer to save data.
  • Certificates for each successfully-completed course, plus a Certificate of Accomplishment in Social Impact Leadership & Organizational Management.

Participants work through the training on their own, but each month a training topic is focused on with the cohort and participants are encouraged to complete courses in the timelines provided so they can stay on track with the cohort. Participants are expected to work on their training & homework for at least 3-5 hours each week, but may find they need more time. 

If you cannot afford the program fee, we may be able to offer your a full or partial scholarship based on your financial need. This program option is limited to 15 participants per cohort, and an application is required.

Organizational Learners

For organizations that want to train & equip their staff. 

This program is available to organizations only, who want to offer our training to some or all of their staff members or volunteers. 

Cost: $2495 or higher, depending on team size

What your team gets:

  • Access to all of our courses, including downloads, templates, and activities for 1 year.
  • Lifetime access to a private Facebook group and WhatsApp chat groups so they can network with and receive support from other trainees. 
  • Access to course activities that they complete on their own, so everyone can practice and retain the things they have learned.
  • 2 or more group coaching sessions to review the training, ask questions, and go deeper into the topics.
  • Access to curriculum to read offline if your team prefers to save data.
  • Certificates for each successfully-completed course, plus a Certificate of Accomplishment in Social Impact Leadership & Organizational Management for each of your team members.

Participants work through the training on their own, but are encouraged to also meet as team to review and discuss the training topics. Teams are encouraged to complete one to two courses per month so that the full curriculum can be finished in one year. Most organizations find their teams gain the most from our program by devoting 4 hours or more per week to the program. Organizations who want a simpler, quicker program can choose what they offer their teams.

Each organization needs to identify one or more training supervisors from your leadership team. These are people who will supervise and support your team's training with Cultivate.

What training supervisors get:

  • 4 coaching sessions to equip them to support your team.
  • A training supervisor guide that offers insights, tips, and resources to help them succeed in their role.
