What you get:
Participants work through the training on their own, but are encouraged to complete one to two courses per month so that the full curriculum can be finished in one year. Most participants find they gain the most from our program by devoting 4 hours or more per week.

Our most personalized training program.
This is ideal for people who want our full support, learn best with feedback and encouragement, who have little-to-no experience in community development or organizational management, and want to engage fully with our staff, coaches, and program participants.
Cost: $2495 for 12 months
What you get:
Participants work through the training on their own, but each month a training topic is focused on with the cohort and participants are encouraged to complete courses in the timelines provided so they can stay on track with the cohort. Participants are expected to work on their training & homework for at least 3-5 hours each week, but may find they need more time.
If you cannot afford the program fee, we may be able to offer your a full or partial scholarship based on your financial need. This program option is limited to 15 participants per cohort, and an application is required.

For organizations that want to train & equip their staff.
This program is available to organizations only, who want to offer our training to some or all of their staff members or volunteers.
Cost: $2495 or higher, depending on team size
What your team gets:
Participants work through the training on their own, but are encouraged to also meet as team to review and discuss the training topics. Teams are encouraged to complete one to two courses per month so that the full curriculum can be finished in one year. Most organizations find their teams gain the most from our program by devoting 4 hours or more per week to the program. Organizations who want a simpler, quicker program can choose what they offer their teams.
Each organization needs to identify one or more training supervisors from your leadership team. These are people who will supervise and support your team's training with Cultivate.
